How much does a website cost?
Custom one-page websites start at £999 and multi-page sites at £1,999, with bespoke applications quoted individually. Every price is fixed and agreed up front — no hourly surprises.
How long does a website take to build?
A starter one-page site typically takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch; multi-page sites 3–6 weeks depending on scope. Bespoke software is scoped and scheduled individually.
Do you only build websites?
No — Byte Studio is a software house. Alongside websites we build web applications and mobile apps, and we're launching our own product, Cardboard Deals, a deal-finding platform we designed and built end to end.
Will my website rank on Google?
We build the foundations Google rewards — speed, mobile-first structure, clean semantics and full structured data — plus dedicated local pages for your area. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, but we stack every controllable factor in your favour.
Do you offer hosting and support after launch?
Yes. We host, monitor, back up and update the sites we build, so the team that made your site is the team that keeps it running. Migrating from another provider is handled end to end.
Do I own my website?
Completely. Your domain, your code, your content — all yours, with no lock-in. If you ever leave, everything comes with you.

Byte Studio is a software house in East Anglia — designers and developers who care, perhaps a little too much, about modern web technology. We build custom websites and applications for clients, and we build and run our own products too.
